WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is looking for a dynamic and self-starting Social Media Content Creator to join their marketing team. The Social Media Content Creator should have a passion for social media and the ability to create original, inventive content to be used across BaubleBar’s social media and other marketing channels. Ideal candidates will have an eye for relevant, fast-moving social media trends, be up to date on cultural moments, and willing to be on camera, as needed, to create high quality content in real time. This role may assist with community management across BaubleBar’s social media platforms. This role will report to the Social Media Manager. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: Work alongside the Social team to help execute the social strategy for our core assortments and licensing partnerships (Disney, NFL, etc.) Take UGC to be utilized on product pages for the site, emails, ads, and wholesale partners Regularly bring creative ideas to the table and execute quickly Collaborate with our Creative and Social Team to continuously optimize and enhance our platform presence and structure Work closely with the Influencer team to highlight UGC and influencer content Stay informed about updates and changes to social media landscape Execute content ideas to completion and within deadlines Work 3 full days per week onsite at our Manhattan HQ near the Flatiron Building WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in social media specifically Ability to work independently Comfortable being on camera An eye for up-and-coming trends to inform how we speak about our products Strong communication and organizational skills A fun, creative, kind and multi-faceted personality! Experience with video editing, Photoshop, and Canva Familiar with TikTok Shop More than 1 ear piercing is a plus WHAT WE OFFER: Starting hourly range for this role is $19.00-$24.00.
