SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner
to join the Haley Family Practice healthcare team. Job Duties This
position is not for employment with Geisinger Clinic; rather, it is
for employment with an independent and contracted company, Haley

dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our healthcare
team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care,
perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
plans. This role requires a strong background in internal medicine
and the ability to manage various patient needs effectively.
Medical Specialty Geriatrics Pediatrics Primary Care
Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical
histories. Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop
individualized care plans. Collaborate with the healthcare team to
coordinate patient care and treatment. Maintain accurate medical
records using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health
management and wellness strategies. Participate in ongoing

application! Position Details Qualifications Primary Care: 1 year
experience (Required) Strong knowledge of internal medicine
practices and procedures. Experience with medical records
management, including proficiency in EPIC. Ability to perform
essential procedures. Excellent communication skills with a
compassionate approach to patient care. Strong critical thinking
skills for effective diagnostic evaluation and triage of patients.
