Cath Lab Tech Location: Bridgeport, CT Agency: Clover Health
Services Pay: $2,348 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 4 days
x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Key Responsibilities - Ensure medical providers receive
timely, accurate diagnostic results. - Operate and troubleshoot
laboratory equipment. - Evaluate test results for errors. - Oversee
laboratory personnel. - Perform complex analyses in hematology,
chemistry, microbiology, immunology. - Order and organize supplies.
- Maintain records. - Update patient medical records. - Adhere to
safety regulations. Certifications/Requirements - Medical
Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification from ASCP or AMT required
or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification minimum. -
Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
Experience - Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or
related field. - 2 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience
in all required areas (blood banking, chemistry, hematology,
microbiology). - Clinical experience within last 5 years.
