Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease solutions, located in
Deerfield, IL, is seeking a dedicated Psychiatry Account Manager to
join our vibrant Sales & Business Development team. This role is
crucial for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with
healthcare professionals and healthcare providers specializing in
psychiatry, to promote and ensure the use and advocacy of our
therapeutic products. The ideal candidate will utilize expert
industry knowledge, scientific insights and a strong commitment to
ethical standards to enhance patient outcomes and support
healthcare professionals in the field of psychiatry. Develop and
maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals
and providers in the psychiatry field. Effectively communicate the
value proposition of our products to ensure top-of-mind awareness
and brand loyalty. Execute strategies to maximize product exposure
and overall market penetration. Deliver targeted sales
presentations to key stakeholders within the healthcare sectors.
Gather and report insights and competitive intelligence from the
field to inform corporate strategies. Ensure strict compliance with
all regulatory laws and ethical standards of the pharmaceutical
industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
analyze complex scientific information Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Excellent negotiation and sales skills Ability to
work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and clean
driving record Completion of a recognized pharmaceutical sales
certification program is preferred but not required.
