Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms
and protective work wear in the US, Europe, and Canada, is looking
for a motivated and energetic Territory Sales Representative to
join our dynamic sales team. This role is instrumental in reaching
out to businesses of all sizes, understanding their needs, and
providing customized uniform and facility services solutions that
enhance our client's brand and operations. Develop new business
opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential accounts
within the designated territory. Maintain and expand relationships
with existing clients by providing exceptional service and
understanding their unique needs. Conduct presentations and product
demonstrations to showcase the value of our services. Meet and
exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by sales management. Prepare
detailed proposals and contracts tailored to the needs of
individual clients. Stay informed of the latest industry trends and
competitor activities to effectively respond to customer inquiries
and challenges. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and
networking events to promote UniFirst services and enhance brand
visibility. Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certifications in Sales
Management or Business Development are a plus but not required.
