We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Metro New York. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and possesses a proven track record in protein sales.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Metro New York region, focusing on the protein market.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of protein products and their applications. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our offerings.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Proven experience in protein sales, with a strong understanding of the food industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel within the Metro New York region as needed.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5 plus year in sales not foodservice!
