Job Description:
GLM Custom is seeking New Business Developers/Account Executives
to work on-site in our Hoboken, NJ office. (Remote candidates will
be considered).Essential Job Functions: --- Setting up calls ---
Cultivate new business leads through research --- Manage
relationships and provide a high level of customer service to
clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests
and proactive resolution of potential issues --- Work closely to
ensure deadlines are met and uniformity between offices is
maintained --- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals Knowledge
& Skills Required --- Customer service and relations --- Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills --- Exceptional attention to
detail --- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation
skills --- Ease of adaptability and creative thinking ---
Exceptional written and oral communication ability --- Must be able
to work with tight deadlines --- Must be able to constantly
prioritize workload with minimal supervision and manage multiple
projects --- Knowledgeable and strong skills with computers (i.e.
Microsoft suite, Email, etc.) --- Knowledge of print and online
media preferred --- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
Compensation is based on base salary and a commission structure.
