Job Description:
The Assistant Manager, supports the below key deliverables in
the Trade Marketing organization:
- Managing the National Price List and Pricing Exceptions
(PEs)
- Managing and updating the product catalog along with updating
GTM selling materials and decks
- Assisting with the key Trade Team Workstream Processes
- Support for Key events including Line Reviews, Customer
Meetings, and Trade ShowsThis position is responsible for
supporting our Sales Planning Organization and will help drive key
initiatives within the customer delivery organization. The
Assistant Manager will be accountable for working with
cross-functional teams, and will assist with key Sales Planning
Team processes including ITN and financial reporting, pricing set
up, promotional/POS analytics, creation of POs, monthly
deliverables for leadership as well as additional Ad Hoc support.
Essential Duties: National Price List & Selling Materials:
- Working with Sales, Sales Planning and finance to manage
pricing on existing items to include: financial approval, updating
the national price list, entering pricing exceptions (PEs), and
working with customer service to resolve any issues)
- Coordinate with brand marketing on ensuring all New Innovation
gets set up in the system and updated in the national price
list
- Coordinating with Brand marketing to ensure all sell sheets and
selling material are maintained and updatedSales Planning
Workstream Management
- Responsibility for finding insights through Promotional and POS
analytics to help drive customer growth
- Assist in creating PO's for the trade team
- Manage pricing set up through the entry of PE requests across
the business
- Updating Transitions Slides (for large accounts)/Assisting with
Retail Assortment Plan updates
- Maintaining General Line Collateral (GL Price List, Catalog
etc.)
- Managing Customer Fact Tags
- Manage updates and consolidation of Monthly Deliverables for
the organization
- direct to consumer management PE's and approving assortment

- General Sales Planning support (ad hoc requests)Support for
Events:
- Serve as Sales Planning voice on the development of launch
strategy
- Serve as customer voice in product development meetings
- Works with Sales Planning team to complete forecast tools
- Participates in the development of new item launch and training
materials Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree
- Project management experience
- Analytical Experience and Working with Excel
- Experience with PowerPoint and developing presentations
- Collaborating with others to achieve results.
- Strong Communication Skills
