Position at NICE Profession: Sales SupportJob Name: Sales Operations and Enablement SpecialistPosition Summary The Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist is a dimensional and rapidly expanding position focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Public Safety Americas sales organization. This critical position requires a committed professional to provide a seamless link between the Sales organization and the Operations and Order Administration groups as well as key partners.Main Responsibilities and Deliverables: As the champion for our sales-to-order practices, act as a liaison to improve overall efficiency from the front to the back end of the process. Foster the relationship and effectiveness between Sales and Order Admin team to expedite order implementation and administration. Proactively identify opportunities that define break points and follow up with driving the creation of new and/or updated processes that improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Work collaboratively with the installation teams to facilitate urgent requests for minor part items (Free of Charge - FOC). Work with Marketing on state, regional and federal buying programs (e.g., HGAC, NY state contract, GSA options) in support of sales team Leverage as an advanced user NICE's current client relationship management tool (SFDC) in order to provide the Sales teams with advanced support including creating accounts, editing account information and creating insightful reports.Education: BA or BS from an accredited university in a business related field, such as sales, business or marketing, preferredQualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience in a sales operations role that was high touch and profile to internal clients. Autonomous and possessed with a strong sense of self responsibility and accountability. Ability to independently prioritize tasks and meet tight (often shifting) deadlines. Highly professional presentation with excellent customer services skills. A particular emphasis is placed on strong oral and written communication capabilities. A methodical approach to project management that follows process, but also is flexible, creative and capable to manifest and implement process improvements. A proactive and positive energy that has the confidence to follow up tirelessly and drives to full resolution, meeting deadlines. Highly collaborative and shares knowledge and experience. A work ethic that thrives in dynamic environments where balancing multiple priorities is a daily effort.
