Principal Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

As a Principal Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you'll leverage
your knowledge and passion of HR technology to effectively
demonstrate the iCIMS Talent Cloud to our current enterprise
customer base. We'll provide training on Talent Cloud products
allowing you to strategically consult with customers and turn their
challenges into potential solutions. Partnering with the sales
team, you'll demonstrate how the iCIMS Talent Cloud can help
customers build their winning workforce. As a Principal, you will
be a lead on the team, mentoring and providing guidance on best
practices for the solution consulting team.--
- Completes orientation and pre-sales training opportunities,
developing a strong knowledge of the iCIMS Talent Cloud, including
- Consults with sales to understand customer business challenges
and potential software solutions.
- Provides dynamic and engaging software demonstrations to
- Acts as a subject matter expert on product-related
- Partners with sales to identify and overcome potential customer

- Develops and maintains a solid understanding of competitive

- Participates in request for proposal responses.

- Mastery of software product demonstrations focused on providing

in a sales or support role.
- Ability to effectively consult with a prospect to turn business
