Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager or Team Leader
looking for more opportunity?
Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows
their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding
others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our
real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and need
accountability for goals.
The Jill Biggs Group is the #1 Coldwell Banker sales team in New
Jersey and among the top in the nation... but we are just getting
started. We are searching for a unique individual who can leverage
our advantages and pour on the gas.

--- Take our market-leading agents to another level through dynamic
training and data-driven coaching.
--- Identify and attract high-potential new agents (from both
inside and outside of real estate) and develop them into effective
producers.

providing fantastic service to our clients.
We are a small, close-knit group with an outsized market impact. We
are looking for a leader who is driven, but FUN... an implementer
who is not afraid to put in the hard work and wear many hats.
Responsibilities:
Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through
coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and
revenues
Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the
team
--- Meeting production and recruiting goals
--- Leading agent goal setting and accountability
--- Devising and implementing high-level sales training
Qualifications:
One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is
preferred
Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary
Have prior experience in sales
Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
Strong ability to lead a team
Our requirements for this role are most (if not all) of the
following:
--- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
--- 4 years minimum sales experience
--- 1-year minimum experience managing and running a sales team
--- Experience in real estate sales
--- Experience in planning and implementing sales training
--- Experience in customer relationship management
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Dedication to providing great customer service
