Customer Solutions, Data Integration Americas to join their Sales
team. Your Role The Director Center of Excellence Data (CoE)
Integration Americas is part of the North America Customer
Solutions team and is one of the Team Leads in the CoE Data
Integration. Next to people management and EDI & API activities,
you will be involved in strategy and business plan topics. The
position leads to increased customer utilization of Kuehne+Nagel s
Data Integration Solutions, thereby supporting new business as well
as customer retention. Your Responsibilities
- Within your team ensure correct prioritization and execution of
projects and tasks (Project Management Office).
In line with market requirements support continuous improvement and
development of Data Integration Services (EDI, API Web Services).
In particular with focus on global Data Integrations
- Manage the Customer Solutions function "Solution Design", by
applying Kuehne+Nagel s consulting methodologies.
- This function supports Customer Solutions Consulting Activities
as managed by National Customer Solutions Teams, and manage the
Customer Solutions function "Solution Implementation", by applying
Kuehne+Nagel s Project Management Methodology. This function
supports the implementation of sold Data Integration solutions as
managed by National Customer Solutions Teams.
- Manage the Customer Solutions function "Solution Support",
covering activities like 1st and 2nd level Support for existing
integration and training to National Customer Solutions and CoE on
Data Integration Solutions. Support and Training is provided in
collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
- Support alignment with Global and Corporate Customer Solutions
Data Integration policy and strategy, support development of Go to
Market Data Integration Catalog. Including presentations and
handouts for National Customer Solutions Teams and Sales and
support alignment with all BU (Sea/Air/Overland) FU including
vertical owners within regions and countries for Data Integration
related topics Your Skills and Experiences
- You have a bachelor s or master s degree in Logistics,
Information Technology or an equivalent education.
- You have a minimum of 3 years working for a carrier, freight
forwarding, logistics organization and have leadership experience
and ability to manage teams remotely.
- You have obtained 3 + years experience in designing and
implementing data integration solutions for customers around supply
chain management and collaboration.
- You have knowledge of MS Office application and applications
like Miro, Evernote or equivalents.
- You have a strong affinity with digitalization, eCommerce and
