sector. They will manage client engagement teams, work with a wide
variety of clients to deliver professional---services and---manage

- A bachelor's degree in business-focused curriculum and a
minimum of 8-10---years proven experience working with clients to
design and implement enterprise strategies, e.g. operating model
design; innovation management; enterprise economics and value
creation; customer economics, business performance and cost to
serve analysis; competitor analysis; board/C-suite workshop
facilitation; enterprise economic and scenario modeling; strategic
goals and objective-setting; strategic planning process; strategic
business portfolio design--- -
- Approximately 10 years of healthcare consulting experience -

- Prior experience as a senior manager (or above), in a
consulting firm or in a senior management role within industry---
-
- Experience with healthcare organization strategy, performance
optimization, M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin
improvement initiatives--- -
- Track record in developing thought leadership; hypotheses, and
points of view in response to complex, abstract industry issues -
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all
phases of initiative life cycle and within an organization -
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate client pursuit and
engagement teams and acting as an advocate and leader when
designing and establishing high performance delivery teams -
- Deep problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity,
using both quantitative and qualitative approaches--- -
- Significant people management experience with leading project
teams and managing direct reports within an organization.--- -
- Demonstrated ability to foster an innovative and inclusive
team-oriented work environment, playing an active role in mentoring
junior level consultants within the organization--- -
- Excellent listening and presentation skills, including the
ability to communicate complex concepts and data insights simply
and effectively across audiences--- -
- Significant experience monitoring progress, managing risk and
ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and
expected outcomes--- -
- Exceptional skill in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft
Excel and/or other platforms for digital presentation and data
analysis and visualization and such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI,
and Alteryx--- -
- A valid passport and US driver's license; willingness and
ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet

- Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global
institution--- -
- Experience with health provider and/or payer architecture ----

- The salary range for this position is: $146,500 - $264,600If
