the Manhattan skyline. Founded in 1870, technological innovation
has been the hallmark and legacy of Stevens' education and research
programs for more than 140 years. Reporting to the Executive
Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, the
Institutional Research (IR) Analyst conducts analyses to support
the University with information requests and research for decision
support, strategic initiatives and external reporting.The IR
Analyst writes queries and collects, validates, organizes, and
reports a variety of institutional data and findings in the form of
data tables, data visualizations, presentations and reports. The
Analyst is responsible for ensuring data quality, completing and
submitting mandated/compliance reports/surveys, assisting with
institution wide surveys and managing academic information systems
(e.g. AEFIS). The Analyst will also offer support, information, and
guidance in assisting the Associate Director of Institutional
Research & Effectiveness and Assistant Director for Assessment in
advanced data analyses and outcome assessment.Essential Duties and
