Strategy & Analytics MBA intern to drive better decisions faster.
In this 10-12 week term during the summer of 2026, you’ll leverage
a unique combination of skills, including analytical rigor,
strategic intuition, and execution, to drive growth for our
business. As part of the Strategy & Analytics team, you’ll have the
chance to lead a mission-critical project end to end. You’ll
partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations,
Marketing, and Finance teams to inform the strategic roadmap by
generating insights and helping translate them into action. This is
an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact
individual contributor in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and
data-driven environment and have the opportunity to gain exposure
to partnering with a variety of functions. This role is based out
of our New York, NY office. What you’ll do Own a specific
project(s) that you will focus on throughout the course of your
internship Break down complex and ambiguous strategic problems to
uncover actionable insights Lead large cross-functional strategic
initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product,
Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc. Identify opportunities,
develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analysis, and make
recommendations to Faire’s leadership team based on your findings
Provide thought partnership to cross-functional teammates to ensure
the organization is using data thoughtfully and correctly You will
be required to regularly demonstrate the ability to exercise
independent discretion in analytical rigor, strategic intuition and
execution. Qualifications Must possess a bachelor's degree You are
a currently enrolled MBA student who has 3 years experience in
analytical, financial, or strategic roles At the start date of the
internship in May/June 2026, you must be a current MBA student (
should not have graduated by May 2026). Hands-on experience with
SQL By the time you start the internship, you will have completed
at least two semesters of coursework Analytical rigor: ability to
work with data, customer feedback, and team input to rapidly dig to
the root, draw insights, and synthesize the answer. Strategic
intuition: understanding of customer, product, business, and
financial foundations to quickly narrow in on only the most
important variables. Ability to execute: adept at working across
multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, influencing
decision-making, and shipping high-quality insights and initiatives
on time. Pay Range This is a full-time (Monday through Friday), 12
week, paid internship based in Faire’s New York City office during
the summer of 2026. The weekly pay rate is $2400. Actual weekly pay
will be determined based on permissible factors such as
transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary
work location. The pay range provided is subject to change and may
be modified in the future. Hybrid Faire employees currently go into
the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex
day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally,
hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely
up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information
Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week
