Job Description:
What is Kalshi? Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction
markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events
and turn any question about the future into a financial asset.
Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US
for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing
financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across
politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and
more. We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the
largest financial market because they turn anything into a
financial position. Our vision: well… build the largest financial
market on the planet. Our mission: bring more truth to the world
through the power of markets. Our culture is simple: we hire really
talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are
looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our
(relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of
financial markets. Role Roadmap Kalshi is looking for a highly
organized, execution-minded Marketing Operations driver to ensure
partnerships and campaigns don’t just get planned — they ship,
scale, and perform. This role is the connective tissue across
marketing, partnerships, growth, creators, agencies, and
distribution channels, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
and every activation gets fully leveraged. Sitting at the
intersection of partnerships, creative, and distribution, you’ll
own follow-through, coordination, and reuse. You’ll turn strong
ideas into fully executed, multi-channel campaigns that actually
reach audiences and deliver impact. If you love bringing clarity to
chaos, maximizing great work, and holding teams accountable without
friction, this role is built for you. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end
execution of marketing partnerships, campaigns, and activations
from kickoff through launch and wrap Ensure all agreed-upon
deliverables are completed on time, on spec, and fully leveraged
across channels Act as the primary point of contact to keep
partners, creators, agencies, and internal teams aligned Track
campaign timelines, dependencies, approvals, and risks across
marketing, growth, creative, and product Coordinate asset handoffs,
formatting, and adaptations so campaigns run seamlessly across
paid, organic, social, email, PR, OOH, and product surfaces
Identify opportunities to extend campaign impact through remixing,
reposting, redistribution, and reuse Maintain a clear, real-time
view of what’s live, what’s upcoming, and what can be recycled or
scaled Build and maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and
activation roadmaps as the team and volume grow Create lightweight
systems and processes that improve coordination without slowing
teams down Flag execution risks early and push for resolution when
timelines, assets, or approvals slip Ensure messaging and creative
consistency across all channels and partners Support launches,
stunts, and real-time activations that require tight, fast-moving
coordination Step in as the single accountable execution owner when
campaigns need clear ownership What You Bring 2–5 years of
experience in marketing operations, campaign management,
activations, or partnerships Strong project management instincts
with a natural bias toward execution and follow-through Exceptional
organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple
workstreams at once Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced,
evolving environment with shifting priorities Clear, confident
communicator who can push for accountability without creating
friction Resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to own
work end-to-end High standards for execution quality and
consistency Bonus: Experience coordinating campaigns across
multiple marketing channels Background working with creators,
agencies, or external partners Familiarity with high-growth
startups, fintech, or consumer products NYC Pay Transparency
Disclosure Salary Range: $110,000 to $180,000 annually plus equity
and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available
market data, and represents the expected salary range for this
role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad
ranges of experience represented within roles. Should you have
compensation expectations that exceed these bands, we'd love to
hear from you and would welcome you to reach out to further
discuss. Our Culture Meritocracy is at our core, and we value
people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We
dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put
out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building
something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth
through the power of markets. Kalshians are Kalshi’s most important
asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day
1. Commitment to Equal Opportunity Kalshi is committed to creating
a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an
equal opportunity employer. We believe it is our collective

characteristic per federal, state, or local law. If you are
