Location: Grand Prix Subaru - VIP Automotive Group---' Full-Time -
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM--'- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
(based on experience) + Monthly Performance BonusesAre you a people

Automotive Group, is looking for a Customer Relations Agent to join
our team!Key Responsibilities:------ Greet and assist customers
in-store, ensuring a welcoming experience.------ Guide customers to
service advisors, refreshments, or the waiting area.------ Offer
snacks and provide a positive atmosphere while customers
wait.------ Conduct follow-up calls for previous day's repair
orders.------ Contact customers from the deposition report to
gather feedback.------ Organize and lead CSI (Customer Satisfaction
Index) meetings with staff and management.------ Maintain
professional appearance and uphold company standards.------ Work
towards department goals: 40% total response rate, 95% FFV (Fixed
First Visit). -What We're Looking For:---- Ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.---- Previous telephone or
customer service experience is a plus.---- Excellent interpersonal,
written, and verbal communication skills.---- Strong listening
skills and ability to ask the right questions.---- A friendly and
professional attitude with a go-getter mindset.---- Ability to
multitask and effectively manage priorities.---- Self-motivated
