Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor responsible for the overall
supervision and management of the program site to promote
supportive tenant growth, safety, and the effective delivery of
support services.Responsibilities Include but are not limited
to:
- Assist with supervision and coordination of all direct care
services, including staff scheduling, supervision, and crisis
intervention (including 24/7 cell phone coverage).
- Oversee intake procedures, including screening applicants and
monthly outcome reporting to HRA and DHS. Maintain program
occupancy rates (> 95%).
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, including eligibility
determination, annual certifications, and other reporting
requirements.
- Monitor supportive tenants' charts for timely paperwork
submission, review progress notes, service plans, reviews,
assessments, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Property Management regarding site maintenance
and safety issues, and with the accounting department to monitor
rental payments/arreas, assisting tenants with entitlements.
- Provide staff training and development, evaluate staff
performance, and promote professional growth.
- Conduct needs assessments for program development, evaluation,
and quality assurance. Monitor health outcomes of tenants.
- Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers,
participate in community outreach, and coordinate Resident Advisory
Council meetings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Program
Director.
- Stay current with all agency compliance documents and
trainings.Salary: $68,000Position Requirements:Master's Degree in
Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field with at
least 3 years of experience in a similar setting or working with
individuals with mental illnesses. Strong leadership, supervisory,
communication skills, and sound judgment are essential.Concern
