Our values support our commitment to Diversity, Equity + Inclusion, and our commitment to Sustainability guides us to protect our limited natural resources, fight climate change, support human rights and social impact, and inspire the fashion industry to embrace circularity.We are authenticWe thrive in connectionWe trust each otherWe innovate through creativityWe are committed to the health of the wholeWe are united by purposePosition Summary:**This is a 6 month- 1 year temporary role**EILEEN FISHER Renew is currently seeking part- time or full- time Sorter Associates to support quality assurance check of clothing and to assist in recycling center inventory organization.**Stockroom or back of house experience in apparel is a plus**Schedule: Mon- Fri; 9- 5PM (flexible within these hours)Duties & Responsibilities:ProcessPerform quality assurance and categorize incoming EILEEN FISHER garment donationsSort garments into classifications, fabric content & on-site laundry or dry-cleanSorting garments to be put away in backstockOrganizationMaintain organization of sorted categoriesMaximize efficiency and spaceOtherCommunicate special areas in stockroom for ongoing work in progress to maximize available product/space and conveniencePartner with team to manage incoming and outgoing productPick product from best quality to other product categories in designated areasPut away by category, fabrication, color, size to make process easier for allRequired ExperienceRequired Skills and Experience:Must be able to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to stand or sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to work both independently and with a teamMust be able to work flexibly and navigate ambiguity, as job processes can change quicklyAttention to detail and organizational skills also a mustKnowledge of EILEEN FISHER clothing and fabrics a plusInterest in sustainability and circular design economyPERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIREDPay rate is $16.00- $17.00/hr.EILEEN FISHER, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
