Direct Support Care - Full Time and Part-Time
Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking professional, compassionate
Direct Support Professionals who are enthusiastic about making a
positive difference in the lives of our patients.
Job Description
Direct Support to consumers whether in an In-Home or Group Home
setting. Provide support, transportation and assistance for each
individual to enable her/him to complete daily routines in a safe,
healthy, productive and dignified manner. This usually includes
toileting, bathing, dressing, laundry, supervision of recreation. -
Encourages independence by providing both the opportunity and the
appropriate levels of skill training for the individuals in
categories such as self-care, household chores, social skills,
recreation skills, etc.
Requirements
Valid driver's license (non-probationary/no state ID)
Physical within the last year
One Step PPD -
2 forms of ID'S -
CPR/FA -
Diploma or Equivalent
