About the Role:
We're looking for curious and collaborative people to join our
growing entrepreneurial team. The Personality Profile Solutions
team is an online, retail ecommerce business that sells Wiley
Professional Learning products to organizations and individuals who
want to become more effective in their workplace and achieve career
success. PPS operates as a Wiley Authorized Partner offering
Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and PXT Select brand
assessments and training materials. As a Customer Relations
Specialist, you will play a key role by providing education and
support to our online community of customers and learners, ensuring
they are knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are
successful using them to improve personal relationships and
professional relationships.
How you will make an impact:
Educating and supporting our customers and prospects via calls and
emails
In-the-moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools,
technology, and services
Working alongside a small, dedicated, growth-driven team
Having fun and working hard
What we look for:
Fluency in an additional language beyond English (Spanish or French
preferred)
Emotional intelligence
Curious learners
Comfort with ecommerce website navigation
Stellar interpersonal spoken and written communication
A passion for working with people
Exceptional education and service mentality
Prior experience providing customer service
Excellent problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, with a collaborative nature
Proficiency with technology, and a willingness to new master
tools
An ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
College experience (preferred)

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide
competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits
package. The target base pay range for this position is $41,000 to
$55,000. This range represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable
estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting. It
is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the
range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be
higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of
non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to,
geographic location, skills, and competencies.
