Office and Communications Assistant

The College of Arts and Letters is seeking two creative, organized, and energetic students to help with a variety of tasks, which will include but not be limited to those related to communications and marketing. To this end, the Office and Communications Assistants will work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager.

In particular, students will build experience in developing content for the College's multiple channels, which include our social media channels, website, and newsletter. The student team will also be responsible for tracking content and measuring its success across platforms.

The ideal team will include one student interested in written communications and another experienced with photography and videography. The students will work together to research, edit, and draft multimedia content.

In addition, these roles will include assisting the office with administrative tasks as needed. These responsibilities may include picking up/sorting mail, indexing books, assisting with event preparations, and entering data.

A work commitment of 6-8 hours per week is preferred. Kindly note, these positions are open to students with federal work-study.

This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have at least 6 credits. Requirement: Candidate must have received a Federal Work Study on your Financial Aid Award Letter.
