Employee Relations Specialist

+ Consults with managers and employees on variety of issues
including Performance Management Plans, Corrective Action Plans,
policy clarification, and discrimination and harassment
+ Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations
+ Provide feedback to HR and Department Managers regarding trends
identified in exit interviews.
+ Liaise with the Legal Department, Compensation, Benefits,
Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Training, as needed.
+ Ensures all issues are resolved and escalated if/when
+ Conducts investigations for all grievances and complaints that
come into HR
+ Build relationship and trust with managers and employees across
organization as well as multiple platform of job

+ BA/BS degree required; HR certification preferred (PHR or
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee relations.
+ Prior experience conducting employee investigations; use of
complaint system preferred.
+ Proven experience in conflict resolution.
+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
