  • Plan and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that grows the customer base and revenue web, SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media, and display ad campaigns.
  • Lead those marketing strategies and initiatives to drive key business metrics heavily focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Bing and other Ad platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
  • Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust strategies and budgets accordingly.
  • Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency as it pertains to PPC initiatives.
  • Develop and execute FB video campaigns and FB ads that deliver max ROI.
  • Grow our social media presence across all social media platforms through targeted ads.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); prepare monthly summary report analyzing all data and make suggestions for improvements; implement such improvements as indicated.
  • Communicate with mangers regularly to discuss goals and deliver results through numbers.
  • In conjunction with digital media designers, build and prepare marketing calendar for all promotions on snowjoe.com and other omnichannel retail partners; ensure no conflicts with concurrent promotions.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the marketing team to create and optimize ad campaigns for DRTV, Microsites, D2C brands and the corporate site.
  • Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the information gleaned from such analysis.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to create and launch landing pages/microsites to optimize user experience and drive sales for different Snow Joe products(s)/brand(s).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, perform a cost-benefit analysis of such technologies, and take the lead on implementation when such technologies are advantageous.
  • Utilize various resources to stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Provide support in marketing activities such as reviewing and testing promos and competitions before and after launch.Would you describe yourself as someone who has:
    • A BS or MS in digital marketing, data analytics or related field
    • A minimum of 2 years work experience in digital marketing with proven results in leading and implementing successful SEM/PPC strategies, growing marketing database, creating successful email marketing campaigns, social media and display ad campaigns
    • Experience with various e-Commerce distribution channels, including Amazon
    • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools
    • Ability to create reporting by working with and manipulating data in Excel.
    • A strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, concepts, strategies and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Experience in identifying target audience and, in partnership with multimedia and UX designers, devising creative and engaging digital campaigns that inform, motivate and CONVERT TO SALES!
    • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
    • Strong knowledge of website analytic tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
    • Proficient in setting up, monitoring and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Proficient with FB business manager and FB ads
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development constraints
