Job Description:
[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $30 per hour /
M-F 8a-4:30p PST / Medical, Dental, & Vision - As a Call Center
Customer Support Specialist you'll: Provide top notch customer
service via inbound and outbound phone calls; Ensure seamless order
placement for the customer; Maintain less than a 5% abandon rate
and four hours in the phone queue each day; Ensure PO entry is
accurate and maintain less than a 0.80% error rate; Maintain 24
hour turnaround time for customer email responses and follow ups;
Continuously review VA05 and V.02 reports to ensure timely
