*Description*

* Resolve inbound support issues and close tickets in the help desk system

* Set up and manage computers

* Configure software

* Evaluate issues and make repairs

* Create user guides

* Provide Microsoft 365 Support

* Update virus protection and security programs

* Oversee user profiles and create new profiles

* Manage user permissions and create shared network folders

* 3 years + similar experience

* Strong communication skills

* Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment

* Certifications in any of the following preferred: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network + Certification, CompTIA Security + Certification, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure

Financial services

This position is a long-term temporary position. Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and will work in the office at least 2x a week on a hybrid schedule.
