The Technology Recruitment & Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

* Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, interview scheduling, to offer acceptance

* Work collaboratively with account managers to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions

* Recruit, screen, and retain a qualified pool of candidates for our clients including but not limited to: Software engineers, data analysts, project managers, IT operations managers, info sec professionals, and others

* Create and own an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback

* Drive Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our diverse talent pipeline

* Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all time

The Technology Recruitment & Sales Consultant will have the following qualities:

* Extensive experience in full recruitment life-cycles

* Experience using applicant tracking systems

* Strong decision-making skills

* Desire to change lives

* Ability to influence others

* An ability to adjust to changing work flows and demands
