Lead and manage the business development efforts to start

Ensure the delivery of annual sales goals across previously mentioned national channels

Build and nurture relationships with national retailers, distributors, and brokers

*

Develop new categories into value chain

*

Work cross-functionally with other departments on various projects

* Seasoned professional in the personal care withing CPG

* Track record of success in building and driving a profitable business across value, dollar, mass, and club channels nationally

* Experience calling on some or all of the following accounts: Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Sam's Club, Walmart

* Skilled in developing new categories into value chain

* Familiar with Premium, Functional, and Value products
