* Establish and develop a comprehensive, consumer-led digital marketing strategy to:

* Maximize traffic and revenue on website o Increase consumer engagement and brand health

* Increase customer acquisition while fostering existing customer relationships o Increase conversion on all platforms, channels and devices

* Achieve monthly sales goals o Ensure flawless execution of all digital marketing activities

* Manage all website deliverables as they relate to the strategy, process and brand image

* Partner and manage our relationships with:

* Digital Marketing Agency

* Partner with our agency on strategy and optimization for Paid Media, Earned and Owned Media

* Provide recommendations to create and optimize campaigns

* Understand industry keyword trends and search volume to help oversee SEO and content development

* Ecommerce Development Agency

* Strategize with our Account Director to implement new ecommerce enhancements based on company needs and best practices

* Daily maintenance of open projects/tickets in Trello (project management tool)

* Testing of all new functionality with our internal IT team before it goes live

* Deliver a distinctive and authentic consumer experience through eCommerce, brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives

* Audit the brands' digital footprint and identify marketing and eCommerce opportunities that support business goals and drive best-in-class implementation.

* Increase capabilities around digital innovations, evolving our digital marketing ensuring that communications are consistent and on brand.

* Oversee two independent global e-commerce websites on Shopify Plus.

* Project manage and lead enhancements to create an engagingUX and a more efficient, productive, revenue enhancedecommerce site.

* Including but not limited to vetting and presenting new third party technologies to internal stakeholders and managing the implementation to fruition.

* Establish, review and approve annual and monthly ecommerce and digital media budgets.

* Analyze key KPIs and leverage data to influence strategies.

* Report weekly on best practices, benchmarks, analytics, and KPI's to key stakeholders.

* Manage one direct report.

* Work cross functionally with Operations, IT, Customer Experience, Product Design and Sales teams.

* 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing & ecommerce

* Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, content management systems, and siteanalytics tools

* Shopify Plus experience highly preferred

* Demonstrate business acumen andanalytical skills

* Google Analytics

* Email Service Provider (ESP) experience

* Shopify Analytics

* Ability to work and learn independently and collaboratively across teams

* Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and precision

* Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient manner

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization

* Flexible and adaptable to change

* Works effectively under tight deadlines and pressure

* Ability to remove roadblocks through creative problem solving

* A team player with proven ability to liaison with outside vendors to deliver results

* An innovative problem solver who can transform ideas into reality

* Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and do a little bit of everything
