We are looking for a Client Success Project Manager to join our
Hoboken (New Jersey) office.
About the role Reporting to the Client Success Team Manager
working across the US Business Unit , you collaborate with our
Sales team and are responsible of a client portfolio for
which you manage the creation and deployment of digital learning
Part of the Client success team, whose focus is on ensuring the
satisfaction of our clients by delivering high-quality services,
you accompany clients on a long-term basis in order to
advise them on how to elaborate learning paths fulfilling
their long-term learning needs.
As a real conductor, you manage the project in line with the
defined budget as well as the quality and performance levels. More
precisely you manage:
The scoping and planning of the project,
The resources allocated to the project,
The project deployment in collaboration with our technical and
The building and conducting of workshops clients,
The quality control of the deliverables,
The follow-up of defined KPIs and satisfaction indicators.
As our clients’ privileged interlocutor, you are responsible for
their satisfaction and are deeply involved in their retention in
proposing them innovating solutions thanks to you market awareness
Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience in
project management, account management or other comparable client
service roles in Saas, LMS or Digital Learning solutions
You demonstrate a strong affinity for digital and e-learning
You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in
English, an additional other language is welcomed (French or
Spanish especially for our North American market).
You are able to act as a real partner with the clients: ability
to build trust, rapport and strong relationship.
You are very well organized and structured to manage priorities
and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
You are passionate about being a customer advocate with a sense
of urgency and energy.
You like working in a multi-cultural environment.
