TransForce, a leader in CDL staffing and compliance services, is currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious CDL B Drivers to join our expanding team. Our drivers play a crucial role in the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring timely, safe, and efficient transportation of goods. TransForce drivers ensure that all shipments reach their destinations on schedule, maintaining our reputation for reliability in the industry. Operate CDL B vehicles in a safe and professional manner on designated routes to meet delivery schedules. Load and unload cargo, ensuring all goods are secured properly before and during transit. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns. Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and cargo handling. Accurately complete logs and reports including mileage and fuel consumption. Provide excellent service to clients by ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining courteous and professional behavior at all times. Handle emergencies or unforeseen situations effectively, always prioritizing safety on the road. Proven ability to operate CDL B vehicles and other similar heavy equipment. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent navigational and route management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
