Sales Manager Private Equity Software US (f/m) Main Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients Manage and execute sales activities within North America assigned territories under direction of CEPRES Senior Management Identify Private Equity market opportunities, sourcing a majority of your own deals through proactive networking Implement sales initiatives and build a pipeline of prospects through networking, lead generation campaigns, responding to assigned inbound enquiries and other relevant business development activities Execute entire sales process including: initial lead generation, prospect qualification, prospect discovery, presentation of value proposition to all levels from analysts to C-suite, preparing proposals, responding to RFIs/RFPs (where fitting), contract preparation and negotiations and closing of new business. Work cross-functionally with other CEPRES teams and staff to optimize probability to win new business Upsell existing accounts by identify growth opportunities for new products and services Professionally present CEPRES products and services Create trust-worthy relationships with current and potential clients Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention goals set by CEPRES Senior Management Your profile: 5+ years of software and/or services institutional sales experience in Financial Services 2+ years of experience in Private Markets (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets related) Own network of LPs (pensions, insurers, endowments, family offices, foundations, FoF etc.) and or GPs ( buyouts, growth, venture, private debt, private insurance, etc.) to mine for leads Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients from analyst through C-level relationships Self-starter, results driven, team player and hard working to make things happen Strong knowledge of private equity, private debt and real assets Understanding of LP demands including asset allocation, due diligence and investment processes Tech savvy with analytical skills and quick learner CAIA or CFA (is a plus) Work authorization in USA We offer you: Being part of a strong and unique growth story the largest digital Private Markets platform Exciting and challenging role in a dynamic and international team & environment Competitive salary with uncapped and generous commission Work in private equity - one of the most demanded and finance industries today Professional development opportunities and potential for career growth Support with training and coaching Did we get your attention?
