This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security alarm systems across various environments, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong technical acumen and a deep commitment to safeguarding commercial and residential areas. Install, maintain, and repair security alarm systems and related equipment. Analyze system performance and carry out necessary upgrades. Conduct regular testing to ensure functionality and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Document installation and service actions by completing forms, reports, and records. Follow all codes, legal guidelines, and company policies. Proficiency in electronic equipment installation and maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents Excellent customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the Electronic Security Association (ESA) State-specific security technician license (as required)
