Job Description:
Our client, an international financial leader, is seeking a
GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will
be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting
cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: GenAI
Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $85.00-$115.00/hr
What's the Job? Design and implement scalable data pipelines and
ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.
Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to
create process-level visibility. Build and maintain data models,
warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting. Collaborate with
analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time
metrics. Customize GenAI applications using approved LLMs for
process mining, task mining summarization, and anomaly detection.
What's Needed? 5 years of experience in Data Engineering,
Analytics, or Machine Learning/NLP focused roles. Experience with
process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines. Strong
understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools.
Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama,
Google Gemini, OpenAI), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone,
