Company for you! We are Optimum! Job Summary: The Revenue Assurance
Manager is responsible for identifying, preventing, and correcting
revenue leakage across the organization. This role ensures that all
services provided to customers are accurately billed, collected,
and reported. Working closely with Customer Experience Operations
(CXO), Finance, Technology, and Sales teams, the Revenue Assurance
Manager will implement controls, monitor financial metrics, and
analyze processes to safeguard the company’s revenue. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and manage revenue assurance processes to
ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue across all products and
services (TV, internet, mobile) for B2C and B2B. Monitor the
end-to-end revenue lifecycle—from customer acquisition and service
provisioning to billing, collections, and disconnection. Identify
revenue leakage risks and perform root cause analyses for
discrepancies. Collaborate with billing and IT departments to
validate data integrity and system configurations. Design and
maintain reporting tools to track key revenue indicators and
anomalies. Conduct audits on billing systems, customer accounts,
service activations, and promotions. Recommend and implement
corrective actions or process improvements to eliminate
inefficiencies or losses. Monitor compliance with regulatory and
internal policies related to billing and revenue reporting. Train
and guide internal teams on revenue assurance best practices and
control measures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance,
Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
(Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CISA, or
CRMA is a plus.) 7 years of experience in revenue assurance,
financial analysis, or audit roles, preferably within the cable,
telecom, or subscription-based industry. Strong understanding of
billing systems, CRM platforms, and revenue recognition principles.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis
tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). Familiarity with
telecommunications operations and service provisioning flows is
highly preferred. Key Skills: Analytical mindset with strong
attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and investigative
abilities. Ability to interpret large data sets and communicate
actionable insights. Strong communication and cross-functional
collaboration skills. Project management and process improvement

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in
the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The
rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of
hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
