Liro Group, a leader in engineering, construction management, sustainability, and technology solutions with headquarters in Syosset, NY, seeks an experienced Telecom Broadband Project Manager. This position focuses on advancing urban infrastructure through innovative telecommunications projects. As a Telecom Broadband Project Manager at Liro Group, you will orchestrate project deliverables, ensuring high-quality broadband infrastructure deployment aligned with technological advancements and sustainability goals. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for telecommunications infrastructure projects. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Oversee all phases of project life cycle from initiation to closure, emphasizing risk management and quality assurance. Prepare regular project status reports maintaining transparency with project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and internal standards. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and anticipating potential cost overruns. Facilitate communication across project teams and with senior management. In-depth knowledge of broadband network architecture, design, and deployment Proficiency in Project Management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Strong leadership skills with a proven record of managing technical teams Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills Capacity to solve complex problems and make decisions based on analytical thinking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile project management certifications desirable
