Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a contractor to lend specific subject matter knowledge around IT strategy for our Deal Technology practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise corporate and private equity (PE) executives and investors within the digital and IT ecosystem
Assist clients with their technical strategy during acquisitions, mergers, or divestitures
Execute projects across all sectors, supporting the client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions
Develop experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g. operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g. integration planning, tracking)
Provide strategies, business cases and insights that span across the cloud, data and analytics, applications, IT infrastructure, cyber, digital products, and technology financial management to help investors and clients make informed transaction and business decisions

A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics; MBA preferred
2+ years of management consulting experience within the Information Technology space, specifically in business integrations, divestitures and/or carve-outs
Strong experience across many of the following areas: IT Digital Strategy, Enterprise Technology Architecture, Information Security, IT Infrastructure and Service Management, ERP implementations, Cloud strategy, IT diligence, Digital Business Enablement
Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired
Expertise in multiple IT skillsets with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
