experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in South
Brunswick, New Jersey. This role involves managing the recruitment
process from start to finish, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a

recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and onboarding candidates. • Develop and implement effective
sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various roles. •
Manage a high volume of recruitment activities while maintaining
quality and efficiency. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to
organize and streamline recruitment workflows. • Collaborate with
hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored
recruitment plans. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of
candidates with relevant experience for current and future
openings. • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure
alignment with job requirements and company culture. • Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and
candidate information. • Provide regular updates and reports on
recruitment progress to stakeholders. • Stay informed about
industry trends and best practices to continuously improve
recruitment strategies. • Proven experience in full-cycle
recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. • Strong
ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities effectively. •
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment
tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage
with candidates and hiring managers. • Demonstrated ability to
develop and execute sourcing strategies. • Knowledge of recruitment
best practices and industry trends. • Detail-oriented with strong
organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work
independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
