Recruitment Marketing team is one of the key stakeholders
responsible for telling the story of our culture—crafting how we
introduce ourselves as a preferred workplace to existing and future
candidates, designing digital experiences and hiring programs that
honor the human side of job seeking, amplifying authentic employee
voices, and using data-driven insights to shape seamless candidate
journeys that enable and inspire the right talent to join in.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment
Marketing, the Senior Associate will play a critical role in
delivering end-to-end employer branding and recruitment marketing
initiatives from content creation and campaign execution to
candidate-facing experiences across social, digital, and
recruitment marketing platforms. This role will partner closely
with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications & Responsibility,
Corporate Brand, and Legal & Regulatory colleagues to ensure our
employer brand is activated clearly and consistently across every
candidate touchpoint. What You'll Do: In this role, you will
steward our employer brand across markets by ensuring messaging is
consistent, compliant, and aligned at every candidate touchpoint.
You’ll also: Support the employer story for priority talent
segments by developing messaging and campaign content that brings
our culture, impact, and career opportunities to life. Create and
activate paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns, from
video and social storytelling to team features, with a strong focus
on LinkedIn and Instagram. Nurture relationships with our talent
communities by writing monthly newsletters within our Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tool to keep passive candidates
engaged and informed. Support and scale our talent ambassador
program, empowering employees to share real stories about life at
Insmed. Refresh content across careers sites, job postings, and
other candidate-facing touchpoints on a routine basis. Activate
recruitment marketing across job boards, programmatic advertising,
and social channels to support monthly hiring priorities. Track
what’s working and key areas of opportunity by monitoring employer
brand and recruitment marketing KPIs from engagement and traffic to
applies and source performance. Who You Are: You have a Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or
a relevant field is required and 1–3 years of experience in
employer branding & recruitment marketing. Additionally you are or
you have: Experience working within or alonside Talent Acquisition
teams and possess moderate recruiting acumen including foundational
knowledge of how employer brand supports talent-attraction
strategies. Comfortability executing across digital channels,
including social, content, email, and web-based platforms. Write
with clarity and voice alignment, adapting tone and messaging for
different audiences and moments in the candidate journey. Highly
organized, managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
with confidence and autonomy. Detail-oriented and care deeply about
brand consistency, polish, and quality. Lean into data, using
performance metrics to test, learn, and continuously improve.
Collaborate naturally across teams and show up proactively with
communication, presentation, and follow-through. Where You’ll Work
