GREAT BENEFITS!APPLY TODAY!HR Generalist Job Details:Schedule: Monday Friday 7am to 3:30pm or 4pmPay Rate: UP TO $85K Job Description:Recruitment:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and documentation in compliance with regulations.HRIS Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information Systems (HRIS).Input and update employee data, including personal information, job changes, and performance evaluations.Generate regular reports from the HRIS to track key HR metrics and trends.Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.Orientation:Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, providing an overview of company policies, benefits, and expectations.Ensure new employees are integrated into the team and have the necessary resources to succeed.HR Reporting:Compile and analyze HR data to create comprehensive reports on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and other relevant metrics.Present findings to management to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field: PLUSProven experience (1-3 years) in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment.Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.IND2PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
