and detail-oriented retail professional to join our Corporate
Retail Operations Team in New York. You will play a leading role in
managing and executing operational strategies across all points of
sale to drive productivity, achieve business goals and elevate the
client experience. This role interfaces with several cross
functional teams and is a key partner for our retail teams. Our
ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience and a
passion for retail. What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Operational Excellence Drive consistent execution of business
practices across all WFJ points of sale in the United StatesMonitor
sales trends and build strategies to increase operational
efficiency and elevate the client experienceDevelop and ensure
compliance with operational policies & procedures across our retail
networks through partnerships with various cross functional leaders
and teams Project Management Manage projects and initiatives aimed
at greater efficiency in the way CHANEL services our clientsPartner
with other divisions, tech and global to integrate new retail
practices and technologies Administration Oversee regional supply
orders of uniforms, stationary and other retail tools Physical
Inventory Monitor the completion of cycle counts and annual
physical inventory process to ensure loss is less than brand
standards Store Planning Plan and manage the operational activities
around door openings, closings, and relocations Store visits &
Training Perform routine store visits, in-person and virtually, to
motivate retail staff thru trainings, operational on-boarding and
ad-hoc training to ensure high levels of customer service and
operational excellenceCultivate relationships with all boutique and
wholesale management, ops personnel and corporate partners, to
improve operational efficiency and cost effectivenessWork in
various boutiques to backfill and to understand the day-to-day life
and needs of retail teams and our clients You are energized by:

systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite (including Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word) Position Logistics: Minimum 5 years of
experience in retail Travel requirements - 30% to 40%Ability to
work on weekends for store openings, closings, and
re-locationsPosition primarily based at NY Corporate
officesPartially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position
is $63,400 through $105,000 . Base salary is one component of the
total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will]
