Job Description:

Must have at least 1 year experience bartending. Serving is not considered bartending experience. Bartending school is not considered experience. Must know how to make cocktails. Must be able to handle high volume crowds. Must be able to free pour and use a jigger competently.


The applicant's resume should have bartending experience. Serving experience alone will not lead to an interview. Bartending school or event bartending will not count for experience. The applicate must have experience at a bar or restaurant.


*An ideal candidate should be able to:*


- Learn and adapt to the selections provided at the bar (Over 50 different beers and 8 signature cocktails.)


- Have a basic understanding of classic well known cocktails (Martini, Margartia, ect.) This is not a cocktail bar but a basic understanding of these drinks are essential.


- Be able to take orders from a high volume crowd.


- Understand the concept of a busy shift versus a slow one and can adapt accordingly i.e. being able to talk to customers on slow nights and able to move quickly during busy ones.


- Know how to deal with unruly customers and how to de-escalate.

Tuesdays-Thursdays 6pm-12pm


Friday, Saturday, Sunday afternoon or evenings


Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $150.00 - $500.00 per day
