Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in New Providence, New Jersey. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. - Active New Jersey state Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience providing care in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized PT treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. - Proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. - Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and family members. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. /n /n Location Highlights /n /n New Providence, NJ sits in suburban Union County near major regional attractions.
