Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,765 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: 1-3 years of home care experience; 1 year of recent clinical experience License: New York RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Ability to travel and a working vehicle in good condition - Comfortable practicing independently in various patient homes Description: Provide home care to patients with a diverse range of medical diagnoses. Responsibilities include wound care, wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, and PICC line care. Also responsible for nephrostomy tube care, ostomy care, blood draws, venipuncture, diabetes management, and CHF management. Travel is required as assigned, estimated 50-75 miles per day.
