Job Description:

conditions. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a
crucial role in the recovery and well-being of our patients,
ensuring high standards of care and support throughout their
treatment process. This role requires a detail-oriented, empathetic
professional committed to providing exceptional patient care in a
dynamic, supportive environment. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Monitor
patient health status and report any significant conditions to
doctors and other healthcare team members. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Educate
patients and their families on treatment and care plans. Assist in
rehabilitation and therapeutic procedures as needed. Coordinate
with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Proficient in nursing procedures and patient care. Strong
organizational and communication skills. Ability to operate medical
equipment. Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and resilience in handling patient needs. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN license in the state of
employment. CPR/BLS certification.
