Job Description:
At Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in
the heart of Peekskill, NY, we are currently seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join

and grow professionally. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients Monitor patient health and document nursing
care activities Assist in the implementation of patient care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Provide emotional
and psychological support to patients and their families Ensure
compliance with all health and safety regulations Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical
skills with an ability to handle medical information discreetly
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state licensure
as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR certification
