Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) expertise is sought for a
contract position providing specialized care to newborns. This role
focuses on delivering compassionate, skilled nursing within a Level
II NICU setting using Epic charting software. The position requires
daytime shifts, offering a consistent schedule for work-life
balance. Location Based in Elizabeth, NJ, this role places you in a

links, making it easy to commute and explore the surrounding
region. Responsibilities - Provide direct, high-quality nursing
care to neonates in a Level II NICU - Utilize Epic charting system
efficiently for accurate patient documentation - Collaborate
closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams - Monitor patient
conditions and respond promptly to changes - Educate and support
families regarding newborn care and treatments Qualifications /
Desired Experience - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with NICU
specialization - Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience
preferred - Proficiency in Epic electronic health records mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent
communication and critical thinking skills Shift / Hours - 3 shifts
of 12 hours each, daytime hours (07:00 - 19:30) This contract role
is ideal for experienced NICU nurses seeking focused assignment
