Job Description:
Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Inpatient
Pharmacist to support safe and effective medication management
within a hospital setting. The Pharmacist will be responsible for
dispensing, verification, and collaboration with clinical teams
while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Key
Responsibilities Review, verify, and dispense medications in
accordance with physician orders and hospital policies Support
inpatient medication management, including IV preparation and
sterile compounding as applicable Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy Maintain
accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
system Ensure compliance with New York State regulations, hospital
policies, and patient safety standards Participate in quality
assurance and medication safety initiatives Required Skills &
Experience Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience Strong attention
to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment Pride Health
