The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA. 2 years of nursing experience preferred. 1 year of mental health nursing. 1 year in a medical facility preferred. Description We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Upland , PA . Position Details Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess for any physical illnesses, and Educate residents on healthy living and medication.
