Time/Per Diem Our client, a state-of-the-art dialysis center
located in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking experienced and
dedicated Dialysis RNs to join their team. Now Hiring: Shift:
1:30pm-11:30pm Schedule: 2-3 days/week-weekend availability
required KEY TASKS: Assesses the patient's physiologic and
psychosocial health status Formulates and implements the plan of
care and establishes the priorities necessary to achieve expected
outcome Collaborates with other care team members in planning and
carrying out treatment regimen Provides direction to other members
of the care team Administers medications correctly and safely
Participates in patient and family education POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
New York State RN license Active BCLS (ACLS preferred) At least one
year of recent experience in a chronic dialysis setting Available
to work weekends on the 1:30pm-11:30pm shift Job Posted by
